Job Description

  • Provide first-level technical support for basic hardware and software issues, including end-user devices, printers, Time Attendance Management System (TAMS), and escalating unresolved or critical issues to the Executive – Infra.
  • Assist in basic network infra support, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and reporting connectivity or network device issues, escalate to the Executive – Infra when required.
  • Liaise with hardware, software or network vendors for upgrades, troubleshooting, support, quotations, and replacements, with appropriate approvals.
  • Configure and support PCs and laptops, including setup of printers (photocopiers and standalone), shared folders, scan folders, and approved access rights. Ensure only licensed and approved software is installed.
