Join our team and play a key role in delivering hands‑on IT support across manufacturing and office environments. This onsite role focuses on maintaining reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations while driving continuous improvements.

Schedule: Monday–Friday (day hours with occasional after-hours support)

What You’ll Do

  • Provide advanced (Level 2/3) IT support onsite and remotely.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Support manufacturing/shop floor IT environments and infrastructure.
  • Install and maintain hardware, software, and network components.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on IT projects and improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and cybersecurity standards.
