Join our team and play a key role in delivering hands‑on IT support across manufacturing and office environments. This onsite role focuses on maintaining reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations while driving continuous improvements.
Schedule: Monday–Friday (day hours with occasional after-hours support)
What You’ll Do
- Provide advanced (Level 2/3) IT support onsite and remotely.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Support manufacturing/shop floor IT environments and infrastructure.
- Install and maintain hardware, software, and network components.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on IT projects and improvements.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and cybersecurity standards.
- Support devices, printers, scanners, and mobile technologies.
