Position: IT Service Coordinator / Help Desk Support (Client Facing)
Full Time | Philippines Based | USA PST Daytime Hours
This is not an entry level role.
Our client is a fast growing USA based IT Managed Services company seeking a highly professional, client facing IT Service Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for inbound technical support calls.
This role requires exceptional spoken English, confidence on live calls with USA business clients, and the ability to think clearly under pressure.
You will represent a premium IT services firm. Professional presence and communication are critical.
