- Entertaining technical Complaints of Customers and Employees.
- Generate ticketing number of complaint and assigned it to relevant support engineer.
- Respond to technical queries via email, online chats, over the phone, or in person.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory service.
- Working with support engineers to ensure customer support with superior service.
Qualification:
Inter/Diploma in IT/ B.A. /B.COM
Experience:
1 year of relevant experience
