  • Entertaining technical Complaints of Customers and Employees.
  • Generate ticketing number of complaint and assigned it to relevant support engineer.
  • Respond to technical queries via email, online chats, over the phone, or in person.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory service.
  • Working with support engineers to ensure customer support with superior service.

Qualification:
Inter/Diploma in IT/ B.A. /B.COM

Experience:
1 year of relevant experience
