Responsibilities

  • Complete our New Hire Orientation and a thorough training program
  • Enable customers’ success by supporting them remotely through phone, email, web channels or on‑site
  • Teach users how to use our software as an instructor and trainer
  • Develop business acumen by communicating frequently with customers to understand how they use our software and collaborate with AVEVA departments to improve the customer experience
  • Grow technical skills by building a solid foundation in AVEVA products, related software, and industry technologies
