Job Description

Job Purpose:

The IT Executive will support the IT team in daily operations, troubleshooting, hardware/software support, and ensuring the smooth running of the company's IT systems. This role offers hands-on experience in real-world IT infrastructure, service support, and system maintenance within a fast-paced working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other hardware equipment.
  • Support end-users in troubleshooting software and hardware issues (basic helpdesk support).
  • Assist in the installation and updating of software, drivers, and security patches.
  • Help monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN), Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
  • Maintain proper records of IT assets and assist in inventory tracking.
  • Support system documentation and process updates.
  • Help troubleshoot minor network or system outages under supervision.
