Working Days: 5.5 Days (Monday–Friday + Half Day Saturday)

Role Summary

We are looking for an IT Engineer / IT Support professional to manage day-to-day IT

operations, provide technical support, and ensure smooth functioning of systems and

networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and network issues

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals

• Troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, email, and basic network issues

• Manage user accounts and access (Active Directory / Email)

• Coordinate with vendors and maintain IT asset inventory

Skills Required

• 3+ years of experience in IT Support

• Good knowledge of Windows OS and hardware troubleshooting
