About the Role

A Technology Coordinator will lead and coordinate the local infrastructure and telecommunications team, overseeing infrastructure operations, service delivery, project execution, budget management, incident escalation, security compliance, risk administration, and customer-facing status reporting.

Essential Job Functions

• Lead and coordinate the local infrastructure and telecommunications team, including telecommunications coordination and data center coordination.
• Prepare capacity, utilization, and performance reports for telecommunications infrastructure and server environments.
• Coordinate and ensure proper execution of budgets, including OPEX/CAPEX forecasting and consumption reporting.
• Coordinate infrastructure and IT technology projects, including the implementation of new IT solutions and technologies.
