Provide administrative assistance to the IT department.
Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail related to the IT department.
Serve as a point of contact for IT-related inquiries and issues from customers.
Respond to technical queries via email, online chats, over the phone, or in person.
Facilitate communication within the IT department and with other departments.
Disseminate important IT-related information and updates to customers.
Working with support engineers to ensure customer support with superior service.
Prepare and distribute regular reports on IT department activities.
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience
Qualification: Matric/Intern/Diploma in IT/BA/BCOM/Graduation
