Information Technology Asset Manager

Job Summary

As an Asset and Configuration Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting overall Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset management (SAM) aspects of the service within the IT Service Management Team.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily and long-term hardware and software asset management activities, ensuring strategic alignment with business and IT goals.
• Plan, monitor, and track assets to ensure compliance with vendor contracts and accuracy within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Oversee the end-to-end asset lifecycle, from procurement and deployment to retirement, ensuring data integrity and contract adherence.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve processes and governance frameworks for IT Asset and Configuration Management.
