Job Summary
The Google Admin Support role is responsible for providing day-to-day administration and technical support for Google Workspace (formerly G Suite). This includes managing user accounts, email, security settings, and resolving Google Workspace–related issues to ensure smooth and secure operations for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Google Workspace services (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Create, modify, suspend, and delete user accounts and groups via Google Admin Console.
- Manage access controls, organizational units (OUs), and group-based permissions.
- Troubleshoot Google Workspace issues related to email delivery, access, syncing, and permissions.
- Support device management for ChromeOS, Android, and mobile devices (MDM).
