Job Description

The Google Admin Support role is responsible for providing day-to-day administration and technical support for Google Workspace (formerly G Suite). This includes managing user accounts, email, security settings, and resolving Google Workspace–related issues to ensure smooth and secure operations for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, modify, suspend, and delete user accounts and groups via Google Admin Console.
  • Manage access controls, organizational units (OUs), and group-based permissions.
  • Troubleshoot Google Workspace issues related to email delivery, access, syncing, and permissions.
  • Support device management for ChromeOS, Android, and mobile devices (MDM).
  • Enforce security policies such as MFA, password policies, and data loss prevention (DLP).
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees.
  • Monitor admin alerts, audit logs, and usage reports.
