What You’ll Do
- Manage end-user hardware (MacBooks, Chromebooks, printers, mobile devices)
- Provision, onboard, and offboard employees
- Administer SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Okta, etc.) & access management
- Troubleshoot OS, networking, and security issues
- Automate workflows using Shell/Python scripting
- Support cloud & on-prem infrastructure
- Provide onsite IT support (3–4 days/week)
