SummaryProvides Lawson Employees software and hardware support via deskside visits, telephone, email and chat. Serves as an escalation path for issues reported to the Lawson IT Help Desk. Responsible for personal computer receiving, configuration and deployment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist sales representatives and internal users with questions, problems and training related to supported software or hardware used to conduct their business. Issues and received via phone or email
  • Images, configures and deploys desktop and laptops personal computers
  • Assists with cubicle / office moves as needed
  • Qualifications:  Pursuing industry certifications and / or prior IT support experience a plus. Self-motivated, excellent verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding listener with the ability to gather information and document end user issues to determine the best course of action towards resolution. Education and Experience:
