Experience: 5 years of experience as a Diagnosis Technician.
Knowledge: Expertise in networking, programming, electronics, structured cabling, technical support and knowledge in computer equipment.
Skills / Competencies: Customer service skills, ability to work in teams, high sense of responsibility, proactive, has the ability to solve and address problems.
Responsibilities / Activities: Maintenance and diagnostic equipment SFDC Support users SFDC Configuring flows SFDC Setting if printed on labels floor in the SFDC SFDC equipment installation (structured cabling) Expanion Support.
