What you need to know about the position:
+ IS Support Technician maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
+ Documents, maintains, upgrades, or replaces hardware and software systems.
+ Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
+ The IS Support Technician positions have a base hourly rate of $21.34. Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience. The hourly compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
+ The shift for this position will be 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday, with an on-call rotation with the team.
