Information Security Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for an Information Security Engineer to manage and secure our IT infrastructure while leading day-to-day cybersecurity operations. This role combines defensive security, limited penetration testing, networking, endpoint and identity management, and leadership of a small IT team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and secure IT infrastructure, networks, and endpoints
Lead cybersecurity operations including monitoring, incident response, and threat mitigation
Deploy, manage, and optimize security tools such as MDM, EDR, SIEM, and related platforms
Perform vulnerability assessments and basic penetration testing
Oversee network design, security, and performance
Lead and mentor a small IT team, managing daily operations and priorities
Develop and enforce IT and security policies, procedures, and best practices
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure secure and reliable IT services
