Job Roles and Responsibilities

Extract list of accounts having access to each system of Globe covered in the LAR Calendar

Execute the access and profile review for each system covered in the LAR process and as per Globe's policies

Establish a Role Based Access (RBA) for each system covered in the LAR Calendar

Conduct a semi-annual re-certification of the function and role owner

Provide LAR evidences as needed by Audit Team both internal and external

Ensure to have the updated SMD Tiered list if systems (this is used for the LAR Calendar / Scheduling)

Maintain the process and procedures document for LAR. Globe agrees that the team will propose

necessary changes in the process and procedures to improve the operations. Once approved, Globe will proceed to implement the changes

Maintain the list of systems, descriptions, owner, and support teams for all systems covered in LAR
