Role Overview
Provide full and accurate information services to callers via the telephone regarding the Residential Tenancies Act, Consumers Protection Act, and related programs. Assess calls to identify the reason for the call and update the system to ensure filing accuracy and compliance with the legislation.
What You Will Do
- Respond to telephone and email inquiries, assess inquiries, provide guidance on available options.
- Interpret and explain legislation, identify potential legislative violations, and refer callers to appropriate government departments or external organizations.
