Our valued public sector client is hiring an Information Management Analyst, to design, develop, and implement automation and integration solutions for enterprise content management systems.
Tasks:
· Translate business needs into technical requirements, designing and developing automation, integrations, and enhancements to enterprise information management and SharePoint-based solutions.
· Analyze and improve business processes, troubleshoot system issues, and support Service Desk teams in resolving application-related queries.
· Develop and test workflows, applications, reports, and dashboards—including Power BI visualizations—to meet functional and data-driven needs.
· Prepare technical documentation, including designs, specifications, change requests, and training materials, while ensuring adherence to quality standards and risk management practices.
