Key Responsibilities

  • Data Collection:Gather data from various sources, including monthly SLA reporting, Raw data files, BI Dashboards, Transformation benefits.
  • Data Analysis:Analyze SLA data / Transformation benefits to identify patterns, and insights that can help propose changes on SLA metrics as well as to control Transformation project benefit realization.
  • Reporting:Generate and present reports on SLA performance, Transformation benefits including metrics such as CSAT/resource utilization and Benefit realization.
  • Documentation:Prepare and maintain documentation related to data analysis processes and findings.

Education:Bachelor's degree in related field. | Fresher
