Collects business requirements and develops functional specifications. Analyzes, installs, acquires, modifies and supports business applications. Follows established requirement gathering process to identify requirements. Configures or re-engineers processes, business applications or software to meet business needs, oversees implementation, and may provide post-implementation end-user support and maintenance. Contributes to the testing and evaluation of business applications or architecture used throughout the IT solution set.
