Influencer Sourcing & Outreach Specialist

This is a remote position. Were looking for an Influencer Sourcing & Outreach Specialist to support our influencer marketing team by identifying, researching, and engaging creators at scale. This role is highly execution-focused, centered on creator research, list building, outreach, and follow-ups, rather than full campaign ownership. What Youll Do Research, scout, and identify relevant creators across multiple regions and platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Build and maintain high-quality influencer lists aligned with campaign requirements and client briefs. Conduct outreach and follow-ups with creators and talent agencies to assess interest, availability, and fit. Maintain and update CRM/databases with accurate influencer data, including rates, audience insights, and past performance notes.
