Role Overview: Influencer Marketing Associate (D2C / Commerce)

AppsForBharat is building a commerce-led brand and expanding it through influencer-driven growth. We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Associate to manage and scale influencer partnerships across key markets. This is an in-house role focused on working with external influencers to drive engagement and growth.

This is not an influencer or creator role What will you do

● Identify and shortlist influencers based on campaign goals and target audiences

● Onboard influencers for campaigns and long-term partnerships

● Manage influencer briefs, timelines, deliverables, and coordination

● Coordinate influencer ad operations with internal teams

● Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and campaign requirements

● Track influencer campaign performance and share post-campaign insights

● Manage multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously
