Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the overall influencer marketing strategy aligned with brand and campaign goals.

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers across multiple categories (macro, micro, nano) to drive brand

awareness and conversions.

• Lead negotiations and partnership models (barter, paid, affiliate-based), ensuring ROI and cost-effectiveness.

• Plan and manage influencer campaigns end-to-end — from briefing, content approvals, timelines, and

deliverables to performance tracking.

• Supervise and guide junior team members or interns for day-to-day influencer coordination and outreach.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key influencers, agencies, and creator networks to foster

brand loyalty.

• Analyze campaign performance data (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI) and present insights to
