Industrialization Technician

Job Description

The Industrialization Technician plays a key role in turning industrial standards into real, stable and efficient production environments. Working closely with product line managers, production team and industrial engineering team, the technician ensures that standardized industrial solutions are implemented correctly on the shop floor, optimized during ramp‑up and continuously improved through hands‑on feedback.

Role And Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and validate production workstations and equipment, based on standardized industrial solutions.
• Support the introduction of new products by preparing lines according to company industrial standards.
• Execute physical setup activities: tooling, fixture installation, workstation layout, labeling, documentation, and basic programming or parameter setup when required.
