Job Description
OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To provide valuable support in carrying out the day-to-day HR activities in the organization.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES
(1) Recruitment and Onboarding
• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
(2) Employee Records and Documentation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts renewal, and performance evaluations.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents, such as employment verification letters, bonus letters etc.
• Handle employee information with care to ensure privacy and confidentiality.
(3) General HR Support
• Assist and support any ad hoc duties and/or assignments as and when required.
(4) Have literacy in multimedia skill is added value
