Job Description
- Leads industrial projects related to Painting & Decoration manufacturing lines for automotive lamps.
- Coordinate the construction/expansion of Paint & Decoration facilities and coordinate the design, installation and startup of new production equipment.
- Ensures liquid application and robotics commissioning activities with the plant and equipment supplier are performed correctly to reach the expected quality and performance levels.
- Supports OEE and scrap convergences in the different plants (optimization/performance improvement projects, lead optimization /performance improvements in quality of application for Antifog and Hard coating processes).
- Leads productivity improvement projects (test and validation of new application methods, sprayers, product transfer efficiency, cycle time, etc).
