Your mission, roles and responsibilities

He/she is responsible for all the manufacturing aspects (in charge of the Faurecia PMS Manufacturing Key Deliverables) of the Program in his/her plant. His/her mission lasts from the program award (end of phase 1) till SOP + 6 months.
The key responsibilities of the role are:
Team Management
o Coordinate work package tasks and ensure their accomplishment
o In agreement with the program manager and the PML, technical interface with the customer and the suppliers 
o According to the PMS, define the plant launch team required resources (workload, competencies and profiles), have it nominated by the Plant Manager and the PM and coordinate its activities....
