**Job Description Summary**: Industrial & Process engineer will be responsible for developing, maintaining and implementing labor standards, operation procedures, and equipment data at BOC Juarez.
Engineering shall also provide technical support to the manufacturing organization and R&D to achieve the overall manufacturing goals.
Industrial engineer will collaborate with the execution of both NPD transfer and sustaining project:
Support the execution of transfer activities including:
Design and fabrication for custom made equipment.
Create MP, manufacturing forms, routers, BOMs, Drawings.
Design and fabrication for new fixtures.
Design production line flow.
Design production line requirements (cycle time, scrap, quality standards)
Support strategy for validating new production lines (validation plan, IQ, OQ, and PQ).
Support six sigma standards and maintain stability during validation and after validation.
