• Define and develop deployment of continuous improvement roadmap for each unit in coordination with the plant manager.
• Implement, monitor, report, and review information and progress of improvement projects and procedures throughout the manufacturing operation to achieve and support the plant objectives and established KPIs.
• Actively work with all members of the manufacturing management team to develop sound problem‑identification and resolution skills and an atmosphere of continuous improvement.
