This position drives industrial performance improvements through the implementation of the principles and methods of Operational Excellence in a sustainable manner. Manages the establishment of standards and the fostering of a culture of continuous improvement at Fergus to develop projects that increase productivity and reduce costs. AREAS OF RESPONSIBLITY
Define and develops deployment of continuous improvement roadmap for each unit in coordination with the plant manager. Implements, monitors/oversees, reports, and reviews information and progress of improvement projects, and procedures throughout the manufacturing operation to achieve and support the plant objectives and established KPIs. Actively work with all members of the manufacturing management team to develop sound problem identification and resolution skills and an atmosphere of continuous improvement.
