• Develops and takes ownership to sales objective/SALES PLAN including but assigned Strategic Distributors /Professional Strategic Distributors (SD/PSD) & direct accounts, SALES PROJECTS for ASSIGNED Line Of Business (LOB) in assigned territories or nationwide.
• Develops respective Distributor strategies in support of territory sales goals. Distributor strategies are to be fully aligned with Global/ Regional/TVL/IO requirements.
• COORDINATES engineering support for his/her SDs/direct accounts. Consults and plans with Lube Engineers on implementation of Engineering Services for nominated accounts.
• Develops and maintains appropriate business relationships with Distributor key personnel and strategic accounts. Accountable for distributor key accounts who contribute 80% volume at least.
• Develops and maintains appropriate business relationships with KEY ACCOUNTS/SECTORS key personnels.
