Winpak Division is seeking a Millwright Apprentice (Level 1 to 4) to join their Maintenance department based out of Winnipeg, Manitoba. In this role you will be reporting to the Supervisor, Maintenance Mechanical. The Millwright Apprentice will be responsible to safely and effectively repair, install and maintain production, building and property equipment under the training of a Red Seal Millwright.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and effectively install, modify, and replace machinery and parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work layouts.
• Collaborate closely with mechanics, electrical technicians, and engineers to support maintenance and repair activities.
• Manage spare parts inventory, including ordering in accordance with established procedures.
