Industrial Mechanic Night Shift Role

Become a Millwright with Pollard Banknote, contributing to our Maintenance team in Winnipeg. This role focuses on mechanical support for production equipment on a night shift schedule.

Serving as a 12-month term position, you will work nights for 3-4 shifts weekly and alternate Saturdays. Responsibilities involve preventive maintenance, managing emergency breakdowns, and ensuring that equipment operates effectively. You'll also assist with projects aimed at improving manufacturing efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on equipment
• Address emergency repairs promptly to minimize downtime
• Follow safety protocols during all work activities
• Deliver high-quality workmanship to prevent breakdowns
• Complete detailed documentation on maintenance tasks
