We have a couple of openings available for Industrial Mechanics / Millwrights at a new rail services shop that is now in full operation in Squamish. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact rail and rolling stock projects such as the Rocky Mountaineer. The Industrial Mechanic is responsible for the inspection, maintenance, repair, overhaul, and troubleshooting of railcars and related mechanical systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a wide range of candidates – from those with Red Seal to seasoned Millwrights who want to expand their experience and training.

About the Role

Full-time, Permanent in Squamish BC. Schedule: 40 hours/week working 4 x 10 hour shifts. Starting Wage: $45-$50/hr based on experience. Occasional travel to depots, yards, or client sites may be required.
