**Industrial Maintenance Technician | $26-$31/hr | A & B Shifts Available**
**Location:** Rochester, NY (not on a bus line access)
**Pay:** $26.00-$31.00/hour (Based on Experience)
**Employment Type:** Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire (Based on Experience)
**Shifts Available:**
+ **A Shift:** 8-hour shifts with start times between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM
+ **B Shift:** 2:30 PM-10:30 PM or 3:00 PM-11:30 PM (Includes a 10% Shift Differential)
Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support advanced manufacturing equipment in a high-tech precision manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for maintaining thin-film coating equipment, vacuum systems, CNC machining equipment, and facility systems to maximize equipment reliability and production uptime.
Experience with optics manufacturing or vacuum coating equipment is preferred.
