Industrial Maintenance Technician

**What You'll Do:**
+ Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment
+ Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
+ Work with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
+ Support continuous improvement projects across the facility
**What We're Looking For:**
+ 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
+ Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
+ Experience with motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and production equipment
+ PLC experience is a plus
