The Industrial Engineering - Trainee manages manufacturing resources applied to objectives of one or more manufacturing sections or shift(s). Expectations are that this position will assist the Excellence BD Sr. Engineer to perform activities related to continuous improvement projects. The Industrial Engineering - Trainee has the authority and total responsibility to maintain production processes in constant continuous improvement with the objective of reducing costs and facilitating the operation for the associate to establish a more comfortable work environment.
