Position Summary

This role serves as the critical link between Production, Logistics, and Procurement/Supply Chain, ensuring seamless material flow and operational alignment across the facility. Acting as a systems-level thinker and execution lead, you will connect the dots across functions to identify gaps, implement step-change improvements, and optimize both existing and new process flows. You will operate as the go-to expert for logistics and material flow, owning governance, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring that processes, storage strategies, and supply mechanisms are aligned to meet production demands efficiently and reliably. You will have a holistic, fundamental understanding of the processes and be the gatekeeper for any changes.
