Industrial Engineering ManagerThis role involves coordinating internal and external resources, participating in the purchase and installation of key factory equipment, and managing maintenance and repair of production equipment, molds, and automation production lines.Coordinate quotation, purchase, and installation of key factory equipment.Develop and enforce equipment maintenance rules and adjust maintenance/repair systems promptly.Design production molds, fixtures, and inspection tools, leading daily maintenance work.Provide timely solutions for fixture/equipment/process issues and emergencies during production.Accept new equipment installations, train technicians for debugging and supervision, and implement quality standards.Assist technicians in further improving equipment, fixtures, tooling, etc.QualificationsBachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical manufacturing, or mechanical-electronic engineering.More than 3 years of industrial environmental and project manag...
