Review and implement Model Year changes

Participate in WPI/OTP for future programs

Improve productivity by eliminating waste and balance work loads.

Update AMPS 3 to maintain headcount, times, scroll, material usage and vehicle safety requirements

Deliver by using AMPS the standardized documentation to the production areas: SWI

Define standards for as required and non productive material. Standardize methods between teams and shifts

Manpower control of current authorization and Update Productivity KPI's

Overtime control and aproval.

3 Years of Experience as Industrial Engineer, Continuos Improvement, Operational Excellence.
