The Judge Group is seeking an Industrial Engineer for a manufacturing company located in the Rock Hill, SC area.Title: Industrial Engineer
Location: Rock Hill, SC
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and enhance plant performance related to safety, quality, throughput, and cost control
  • Collect and interpret production data through hands-on observation, testing, and experimentation
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and corrective actions
  • Evaluate current manufacturing workflows and recommend efficiency gains using continuous improvement methods
  • Partner with multiple departments to support operational, financial, and engineering initiatives
  • Support special projects and assist with additional operational needs as assigned
