Job Description

Responsible for the majority of layout creation of the factory and flexible to support capacity modeling. Lead and manage the layout of the factory and capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the layout design process for manufacturing facilities, ensuring optimal space utilization and efficient workflow.
• Develop and maintain capacity models to forecast production capabilities and identify potential bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, operations, and supply chain, to align layout and capacity plans with overall business objectives.
• Conduct regular reviews and analyses of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
