Job Summary:
The Process Specialist is responsible for analyzing, documenting, and improving business processes across departments. This role works closely with stakeholders to identify workflow inefficiencies and ensure that processes are accurately mapped, standardized, and optimized using process documentation tools. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and experience with process mapping software.
Key Responsibilities:
