Job Description
We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to support our Product Development and Process Improvement initiatives. The role ensures products are efficiently designed, cost-effective, and production-ready through strong engineering analysis and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Assist in product design reviews, feasibility studies, and prototype evaluation.
- Analyze product specifications and recommend improvements for manufacturability.
- Conduct time & motion studies, workflow analysis, and layout optimization.
- Coordinate with Product Development, QA, Production, and Purchasing for project alignment.
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as product specs, SOPs, and testing reports.
- Support continuous improvement activities using PDCA, Lean, and data‑driven tools.
- Recommend actions for cost reduction, material efficiency, and process enhancement.
