ROLE: Industrial Engineer / Process Excellence Manager

LOCATION: Hyderabad

We are looking for a high-impact Industrial Engineer / Process Excellence Manager to build and lead process optimization initiatives across our central kitchen, manufacturing units, and stores .

MUST HAVE EXPERTISE

  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
  • Time & Motion Studies
  • Line Balancing, SMED, 5S, Kanban
  • Root Cause Analysis (RCA, Fishbone, 5 Why)
  • Industrial Engineering documentation (operation bulletins, takt time calculations, productivity reports)
  • Layout tools: AutoCAD, Visio
  • Strong data...
