Qualification
- Matric / Senior Certificate
- Any relevant qualification
- A strong background in manufacturing systems, process control, continuous improvement, production planning and operational discipline.
- At least 5 years experience in high-volume manufacturing with attributes such as equipment set-up, operation knowledge, changeover processes and use of measuring equipment.
- Knowledge of machine faults and proposed preventative maintenance procedures is an advantage.
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge of machines.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid drivers license
- Supervise daily factory operations and production activities.
- Ensure production targets, efficiencies and delivery schedules are achieved.
