Job Description
This Industrial Engineer role supports high-volume manufacturing and production line activities by coordinating with suppliers, preparing lines for sign-off, and leading continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and cycle time reduction. You will work on-site on automotive assembly lines, using your expertise in line balancing and time studies to support smooth ramp-up, stable operation, and ongoing performance improvement.
Responsibilities
+ Monitor, track, and follow up on open action items with production line suppliers until all issues are fully resolved.
+ Execute pre-sign-off activities in accordance with established templates, internal procedures, and technical requirements.
