Responsibilities

  • Analyze and redesign production or administrative processes
  • Implement methodologies such as Lean manufacturing, Six sigma or Kaizen
  • Experience in mechanical design (preferred)
  • Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions
  • Manage inventories and materials
  • Evaluate production and operating costs
  • Prepare budgets and financial analysis for projects
  • Implementation of new production lines
  • Search for savings opportunities
  • Study times and movements to improve productivity
  • Train personnel in continuous improvement and industrial safety
  • Automate processes through software or machinery
  • Participate in the digitalization of operation (Industry 4.0)
  • Evaluate and select technological tools.
  • Reduce the environmental impact of operations
